How to report someone in chat

Where possible we have Moderators in chat all the time, they will deal with anything that needs dealing with, but sometimes they may not notice, may not be at the screen, or you might need to point out the issue to them. We do have specific filters that will catch some content and remove it before anyone sees it. But if not, either ask for a Moderator in chat, or you can report a person directly, click on the persons name in the chat room, it will take you to there profile. Click the three dots … and then click report.

Reports go immediately to a queue and if no moderator is online it is mailed to them so it’s dealt with very quickly.

How to report profile content, images, videos or groups.

Reporting a profile or group content is easy, when you view a lot of pages you will see a menu selector, three dots, like in browsers but on the header image, or the video, or the profile.

Once you click the three dots, you will see an option that says report. Click that.

Select the reason you are reporting the profile or content.

Once you have selected the reason, then typed a short description of the issue, click submit. A moderator will get the report dealt with as quick as possible, Moderators are emailed once a report is made so even if one isn’t online, it will be dealt with very quickly.
